AOL Buys Ad Firm to Target Consumers Online
Wednesday, July 25th, 2007Time Warner’s AOL has reached a deal to buy Tacoda, an online advertising firm that specializes in behaviorally targeted marketing.
AOL will integrate Tacoda into its Advertising.com division, where the six-year-old firm’s behavioral science marketing will be used to help AOL produce more targeted and effective online ads.
